If you are not satisfied with your experience after using Power Down consistently for at least 14 nights, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-Night Risk-Free Trial.
Eligibility
To qualify for the Power Down Sleep Guarantee:
- Your purchase must have been made directly through the official Gloagi website
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The guarantee applies to first-time orders only
- Power Down must have been used consistently for a minimum of 14 nights
- Limit one refund request per customer, household, and payment method
How to Start a Claim
To begin the guarantee process, please contact our support team at support@gloagi.com with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of your experience with the product
Please do not return any products unless instructed to do so by our support team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return & Refund Process
In some cases, we may request photographs of the product or require the remaining product to be returned before a refund can be processed.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exclusions
The Power Down Sleep Guarantee does not apply to:
- Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces
- Subscription renewal orders
- Multiple opened products from bundle or multi-buy purchases
- Products that have not been used as directed
- Requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee window
Gloagi reserves the right to refuse claims where misuse or abuse of the policy is suspected.
Policy Updates
Gloagi reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Power Down Sleep Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders placed prior to the date of the update.
